Spaghetti (zucchini noodles) with meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. (See my lovely dish below, before I mixed it all up and inhaled it!)

Me? I believe I can really be successful this time around. No more starchy pasta noodles in my house! Never again! Bring on the zucchini! Seriously, this was awesome!

Thanks ladies! @ Renie, I just used a pound of very lean organic beef, added a can of the lowest sugar/carb spaghetti sauce I could find and poured it over my "zoodles", added a bit of mozz cheese, and ta-da!!!!ReplyDelete
@Thirteenlbs: here is the post about my noodles. I used a spiral slicer. ($20 on QVC... amazing!!)
